Kishan Reddy Responds to Attack on Chilkur Temple Chief Priest Rangarajan

Union Minister Kishan Reddy has strongly condemned the attack on Chilkur Balaji Temple’s chief priest, Rangarajan. In a post on social media platform X, Kishan Reddy expressed his outrage over the incident, describing it as inhumane, deplorable, and unfortunate.
He praised Rangarajan for his commitment to Sanatana Dharma, stating that the priest had relinquished high-ranking positions to dedicate himself to spiritual guidance and uphold religious traditions. "Rangarajan has been providing spiritual guidance to devotees while maintaining high moral and religious values. An attack on such a respected priest is unacceptable," he stated.
Kishan Reddy further emphasized that such acts of violence, threats, and intimidation have no place in a democracy. He asserted that this attack should not be seen merely as an assault on an individual but as an attack on Sanatana Dharma itself. He highlighted Rangarajan’s efforts in guiding the youth and students towards spirituality, as well as his role in preserving temple traditions and India's cultural heritage.
He urged society to collectively condemn this incident and called on the authorities to take strict action against those responsible. Additionally, he demanded measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Reaffirming the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) support for Rangarajan, Kishan Reddy assured that the party stands firmly with him in every possible way.
