Atishi Wins Kalkaji Seat, AAP Finds Solace Amid Setback

In the Delhi Assembly election results, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) faced a major setback, with senior leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and Satyendar Jain suffering defeats. Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has surged ahead with a significant majority, moving toward forming the government. However, in a development that offers some relief to AAP, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi Marlena secured a victory.

Atishi, who contested from the Kalkaji constituency, defeated her nearest rival, BJP candidate Ramesh Bidhuri, by a margin of 3,500 votes. Despite trailing for most of the counting process, she made an unexpected comeback in the final round, securing the win.
