KTR's Satirical Remark on Delhi Election Trends
BJP is showing a clear lead in the Delhi Assembly election results, with a victory appearing certain. Against this backdrop, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) responded on social media, taking a dig at Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
“Congratulations to Rahul Gandhi for once again ensuring BJP’s victory,” KTR tweeted, attaching a video from a 2024 media interview. In the video, KTR is seen stating, “If there is one person who is the most reliable worker for Modi in India, it is Rahul Gandhi.”
KTR also reiterated his earlier stance, sharing the video with a caption stating that he had previously said Rahul Gandhi was incapable of stopping Modi and the BJP.
As per the current Delhi Assembly election results, the BJP is leading in 42 constituencies, while the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) holds the lead in 27 seats. Initially, the Congress was ahead in the Badli constituency, but it has since fallen behind. There is growing uncertainty within Congress regarding whether the party will secure even a single seat in this election.
