Non-Interlocking Works at Khammam Station: 30 Trains Affected

The South Central Railway has announced the cancellation of 30 trains due to non-interlocking works at Khammam railway station. These cancellations will be in effect from February 10 to February 20, affecting several routes, including Kazipet–Dornakal, Dornakal–Vijayawada, and Bhadrachalam Road–Vijayawada passenger trains. Additionally, nine trains will be diverted. Express trains such as Golconda, Bhagyanagar, and Satavahana will also remain unavailable for 11 days, according to South Central Railway Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) A. Sridhar.
The Golconda Express (17201/17202), running between Secunderabad and Guntur, will be canceled from February 11 to 21. Similarly, the Bhagyanagar Express (17233/17234), operating between Secunderabad and Sirpur Kagaznagar, will be canceled from February 10 to 21.
Further cancellations include the Intercity Express (12705/12706) between Guntur and Secunderabad on February 10, 11, 15, 18, 19, and 20, and the Satavahana Express (12713/12714) between Vijayawada and Secunderabad on February 11, 14, 16, 18, 19, and 20.
The Vande Bharat Express (20834) between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam will be delayed by 75 minutes on February 19 and 20. The Krishna Express (17406), operating between Adilabad and Tirupati, will depart 90 minutes late on February 9, 11, 14, and 19, as per railway officials.
