Rishabh Pant’s Noble Move: 10% of Brand Earnings to Help the Needy

Indian cricket star Rishabh Pant has made a significant decision to contribute 10% of his earnings from advertisements to help the underprivileged. Announcing this initiative, Pant shared a video on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), stating that he would channel these donations through the Rishabh Pant Foundation (RPF) to assist those who present genuine causes.
Reflecting on his life experiences, Pant mentioned that the hardships he faced in the past taught him the value of resilience. He acknowledged that cricket had given him everything and emphasized his commitment to giving back.
"Everything I have today is because of this beautiful game of cricket. Sometimes, unexpected events in life teach us important lessons. A few years ago, I went through such challenging times. That made me decide to be even more grateful. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is to never give up hope and always keep smiling. My goal now is to bring smiles to people’s faces by sharing a part of what I have received through my sport," Pant stated.
He expressed deep fulfillment in the act of giving and announced his commitment to dedicating 10% of his commercial earnings to the Rishabh Pant Foundation. "RPF is a project very close to my heart, and its objectives are dear to me. Over the next two months, I will reveal full details about this initiative. Thank you for your love, blessings, and support," he added in his social media post.
Fans have widely appreciated Pant’s decision, with many praising his generosity. Some supporters commented, "Great people always think greatly."
Currently, Pant endorses around ten brands and remains a key player for Team India across all three formats. He also set a record in the Indian Premier League (IPL) this season by securing the highest-ever contract in the tournament’s history, worth ₹27 crore.
