Telangana TET Results Released

The Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) results have been announced. Telangana Education Department Secretary Yogita released the results. The TET examinations were conducted from January 2 to January 20 this year, with a total of 1,35,802 candidates appearing for the test. Officials reported that 42,384 candidates, accounting for 31.21% of the total, qualified in the exam.

The Telangana TET consists of two papers. Candidates aspiring to become teachers for Classes 1 to 5 must take Paper 1, while those seeking to teach Classes 6 to 8 must opt for Paper 2.

TET scores are considered during the recruitment process for teacher positions. The Telangana government has also announced that the TET examination will be conducted annually going forward.
