Hyderabad to Thailand Direct Flight Launched
Air India Express has launched direct flight services from Hyderabad to Thailand. The inaugural flight from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad to Phuket departed on Friday. This development was announced in a statement by Pradeep Panicker, CEO of GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited.
Pradeep Panicker stated that the new service would enhance travel convenience between Hyderabad and Phuket. He mentioned that the flight duration would be approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes. Currently, Air India Express operates flights on this route every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. However, from the 15th of this month, the frequency will be increased to six flights per week.
Aloke Singh, Managing Director of Air India Express, expressed his delight at being the first airline to launch direct flight services between Hyderabad and Phuket.
