Chinese Company Offers Massive Bonus to Employees in Unique Challenge
A Chinese company, Hesan Mining Crane Co. Ltd., has introduced an unconventional method of distributing employee bonuses. The company placed 70 crore rupees (approximately 60 million yuan) on a 70-meter-long table and divided its employees into 30 teams.
Each team was allowed to send two representatives, who were given 15 minutes to count as much money as possible. Whatever amount they managed to count within the given time was awarded to them as a bonus.
A video of the event first surfaced on Chinese social media platforms such as Douyin and Weibo before spreading to other platforms, quickly going viral. Reports indicate that one employee successfully counted and claimed a maximum bonus of approximately 1.2 million rupees (120,700 yuan).
