Nara Lokesh Reacts Strongly to Devotee’s Complaint About Sri Kalahasti Temple

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and Andhra Pradesh Minister for Information Technology and Communications, Nara Lokesh, has strongly reacted to allegations of mismanagement at the Sri Kalahasteeswara Temple in Srikalahasti. The controversy arose after a devotee complained that those standing in the queue line were denied temple prasadam and sent away without receiving it.

The devotee, who faced difficulties in obtaining prasadam, brought the issue to Lokesh’s attention by tagging him on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Responding swiftly, Lokesh made it clear that any actions hurting devotees' sentiments would not be tolerated.

The minister also alleged that certain staff members at the temple were still operating under the influence of policies from the previous YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) government. He warned that strict action would be taken against those responsible for such practices.

Lokesh further stated that an immediate inquiry would be conducted into the incident, and those found guilty of denying prasadam to devotees in the queue would face severe consequences. He also tagged the Endowments Department Minister to ensure appropriate measures were taken.
