Nominated Posts for Dedicated Party Workers: AP CM Chandrababu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that the relentless struggle of party workers over the past five years was instrumental in TDP's recent electoral victory. He assured that the party would always support those who have worked hard for its growth and reiterated that nominated positions would be given to individuals who have consistently contributed to strengthening the party.

Chandrababu Naidu stated that appointments to 214 market committees, 1,100 temple trust boards, and all other nominated posts would be completed by June. He further mentioned that the performance of those appointed would be reviewed, and future opportunities would be granted accordingly. He instructed MLAs to submit lists of eligible candidates for these positions.

During a teleconference with party leaders on Tuesday, Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that those aspiring for nominated positions must be active members at the cluster, unit, booth, or section levels within the party. He underscored that MLAs bear the responsibility of ensuring that only those who have remained loyal to the party from the beginning are considered for these appointments.

Do Not Forget the Party Workers

Chandrababu Naidu reminded party leaders that the dedicated efforts of TDP workers were the key to the party’s recent electoral success and urged them never to overlook these individuals. He advised ministers, MPs, and MLAs to always respect and stay connected with party workers while actively participating in party programs. He also stressed that representatives should remain accessible to the people and work towards fulfilling their aspirations.

Additionally, he directed party members to communicate the government's development initiatives to the public and counter what he described as misleading propaganda by the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP). He reiterated that all election promises made by the TDP would be fulfilled.
