Varun Chakravarthy’s Superb ‘Five’ Restrains England to 171 Runs

India’s mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy delivered a stunning performance in the third T20 match against England, dismantling the opposition with his spin magic. Chakravarthy bowled an economical spell, conceding just 24 runs in his four overs and claiming five wickets. At one stage, England appeared poised to score over 200, but Chakravarthy’s brilliance restricted them to a modest total.

Winning the toss, India opted to bowl first. England, batting first, posted a total of 171 for the loss of nine wickets in their 20 overs. Ben Duckett top-scored with 51, followed by Liam Livingstone with 43 and captain Jos Buttler with 24.

In the Indian bowling attack, Varun Chakravarthy was the star with five wickets. Hardik Pandya took two wickets, while Ravi Bishnoi and Axar Patel claimed one wicket each.
