Nominated Positions Only for CUBS Members: CM Chandrababu

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu held a teleconference today with key TDP leaders, including MLAs, MPs, ministers, and party in-charges. During this meeting, he conducted a critical review of government programs, party affairs, and leaders' performance. He emphasized that only those who are members of CUBS (Cluster, Unit, Booth, Section) will be considered for nominated posts.

Key points discussed during the teleconference:

MLAs, MPs, and ministers must actively participate in party programs and remain accessible to workers and the public.
Leaders must work diligently to fulfill the aspirations of the people and workers who contributed to the historic election victory.
All efforts should align with the goal of ensuring another victory for the TDP in 2029.
The achievements and schemes implemented by the government should be effectively communicated to the public.
Over the last seven months, the government has initiated several developmental programs that need to be highlighted.
Campaign promises will be implemented; YSRCP's false propaganda must be countered.
Dedicated workers who contributed to the party's success in the last five years should be respected and rewarded.
Nominated positions will be allocated fairly to hardworking party members and leaders.

CUBS Membership Priority:
CM Chandrababu explained that members of CUBS (Cluster, Unit, Booth, Section) will be prioritized for nominations to posts like agricultural market committees and temple committees. Leaders must recommend only those who are part of this party structure.

Currently, there are 214 market committees and 1,100 trust boards, and appointments for these will be completed soon.
By June, all nominated posts in the government will be finalized.
Performance reviews of those holding positions will be conducted every two years, and future opportunities will depend on their performance.
Membership efforts will be rewarded with encouragement in the form of posts.

Additional Points Discussed:

Ministers must regularly meet with MLAs in their districts to discuss party matters and resolve issues.
Efforts should be made to clear pending NREGA bills.
Long-time party workers must be prioritized over recent entrants from other parties.
MLAs have a responsibility to ensure that positions are given only to loyal party members.
Public satisfaction and confidence in the government's future plans should be prioritized.
Leaders must clarify the party's current and future plans to the people while countering false narratives by the opposition.
The government plans to launch more programs in the coming days, having already stabilized the systems in place.
