Yuva Galam Completes Two Years: Celebrations at TDP Central Office

Exactly two years have passed since Nara Lokesh launched the Yuva Galam Padayatra. On this occasion, a celebratory event was held at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Central Office, where party leaders cut a cake to mark the milestone. The event was organized under the leadership of TDP State Executive Secretary Nadendla Brahmam.
During the celebrations, party leaders recalled the launch of Yuva Galam two years ago. They stated that despite facing several obstacles, conspiracies, and challenges intended to derail the initiative, the people stood firmly behind Nara Lokesh, turning the Yuva Galam Padayatra into a victorious journey.
The Padayatra was initiated from the Sri Varadaraja Swamy Temple in Kuppam, Chittoor district, and concluded at Aganampudi in Visakhapatnam. Over 226 days, it spanned a distance of 3,132 kilometers. The leaders highlighted that, despite multiple cases, stone-pelting, and attacks allegedly orchestrated by the then-government, Lokesh and the Padayatra team remained undeterred and moved forward. They credited Lokesh with playing a crucial role in the coalition's eventual success.
Party members expressed their belief that Andhra Pradesh will achieve greater development under the leadership of Nara Lokesh. They praised his ability to attract youth on a large scale and noted his efforts to address the grievances brought to his attention during the Padayatra. Leaders emphasized that Lokesh has been working tirelessly for the future of the youth and the state's development.
Describing Nara Lokesh as a worthy successor to his father, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, party leaders lauded him for prioritizing the welfare of underprivileged, economically weaker sections. They pointed out his initiatives to bring significant reforms to the education sector, aiming to guide students toward success. Lokesh's efforts to transform Andhra Pradesh into an IT hub by positioning the state as a center for AI technology in India were also praised.
Several leaders, including MLCs Ashok Babu and Rangopal Reddy, Fiber Corporation Chairman GV Reddy, Gouda Corporation Chairman Gurumurthy, Arya Vysya Corporation Chairman Doondi Rakesh, and members of the Yuva Galam team such as Kasaraneni Jashwanth, Narayanaswamy, Rama Rao, Ramana Reddy, Anil, Brahmana Sadhikara Samithi Convener Buchi Ramprasad, Patarla Ramesh, Paruchuri Krishna, and Invitation Committee Chairman Haji Hasan Basha, attended the event. Senior TDP leader AV Ramana and Media Coordinator Darapaneni Narendra Babu were also present.
