"If There Are Issues, We Can Discuss Them," Says YSRCP MP Gurumurthy to Vijayasai Reddy

Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy has submitted his resignation from the Upper House of Parliament. He personally handed over his resignation letter to the Vice President of India and Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Jagdeep Dhankhar. Prior to meeting the Chairman, YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MP Gurumurthy visited Vijayasai Reddy at his residence to discuss the matter.

Speaking to the media, Gurumurthy stated that he urged Vijayasai Reddy not to resign. He revealed that Vijayasai did not provide specific reasons for his decision to step down. Gurumurthy added, "I told him that if there are minor issues or problems, we can discuss and resolve them. I also suggested that we prepare together as a team for the 2029 elections."

Furthermore, Gurumurthy encouraged Vijayasai Reddy to return to the party and actively participate in politics. "I emphasized the importance of his involvement in the political arena and the party's activities," he said.
