Chandrababu’s Family Not a Foe, Pawan Kalyan a Friend: Vijayasai Reddy

YSRCP Member of Parliament Vijayasai Reddy, who recently announced his retirement from politics, clarified his stance regarding political and personal relationships in a tweet. While emphasizing his political differences with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), he stated that he has no personal differences with the family of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Vijayasai Reddy also expressed his longstanding friendship with actor and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
In his farewell note, Vijayasai Reddy expressed gratitude to the YS family for their support over four decades and three generations. He said, “I am indebted to the YS family, which trusted and supported me for nearly forty years. I will forever remain grateful to Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy for giving me the opportunity to serve as a Rajya Sabha MP twice and to Bharathi amma garu for elevating me to such heights.” He further conveyed his best wishes to Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, wishing him success in the future.
Reflecting on his tenure in politics, Vijayasai Reddy remarked, “As the Parliamentary Party leader, Floor Leader in Rajya Sabha, and National General Secretary of the party, I worked sincerely and tirelessly for the party’s and state’s welfare. I served as a bridge between the central and state governments. I thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for their support and recognition over the past nine years. Their encouragement provided me with immense strength and confidence and gave me prominence in the Telugu-speaking states.”
