Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy Escapes Accident

Telangana Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy narrowly escaped an accident when vehicles in his convoy collided. The incident resulted in minor damage to the front sections of eight cars in the convoy, but no injuries were reported, officials confirmed. Upon learning of the incident, Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy contacted Uttam Kumar Reddy by phone to check on his well-being.

The accident occurred while Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy was traveling from Huzurnagar to attend the John Pahad Urs festival. At Garidepalli Police Station, the minister spotted Congress party workers and instructed his driver to stop the car. The sudden braking caused a chain collision among the convoy vehicles, leading to minor front-end damage to eight cars.

The collision caused a traffic jam on the road, which police promptly cleared. After ensuring no one was injured, Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy resumed his journey. Speaking to Komatireddy Venkat Reddy over the phone, Uttam assured him that everyone in the convoy was safe and there was no cause for concern.
