TTD Takes Key Decision: Renaming Donor-Supported Buildings in Tirumala

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Trust Board has made a significant decision regarding the guest houses constructed with donor contributions in Tirumala. Previously, 45 guest houses built across Tirumala with the support of various individuals and organizations were named after the respective donors. However, the TTD Trust Board has now resolved to rename these guest houses with spiritual and devotional names instead of retaining the personal or organizational names.
As part of this initiative, the guest house earlier named "Lakshmi VPR Guest House," constructed with contributions from Member of Parliament Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy and TTD Board Member Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy, has been renamed "Lakshmi Bhavan." The TTD has stated that several donors have already agreed to this renaming process. Consequently, the remaining guest houses will also be given spiritual or religious names, replacing the existing personal or organizational titles.
