Andhra Jawan Karthik Martyred in Jammu: Chandrababu and Jagan Offer Condolences

In a tragic incident during an encounter between Indian soldiers and terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday, Jawan Karthik from Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh, lost his life. Karthik, hailing from Ragimanupenta in Bangaruvandlapalle Mandal, succumbed to severe injuries sustained while valiantly confronting the attackers. His demise has evoked widespread grief and condolences.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed deep sorrow over Karthik's death. “The news of Karthik’s passing has deeply shaken me. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the brave soldier who sacrificed his life for the nation,” Chandrababu stated, assuring the family of full support from the government.

Former Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy also paid homage to Karthik’s bravery and sacrifice. “I salute Karthik’s courage and sacrifice. Let us stand by his family during this difficult time,” Jagan said, offering his profound condolences to Karthik’s family.
