AP Government Transfers 27 IPS Officers in Major Reshuffle
The Andhra Pradesh government has issued transfer and posting orders for 27 IPS officers, resulting in a significant reshuffle in the police administration. The General Administration (SC.C) Department released a government order (G.O. Rt. No. 123) on January 20, 2025, outlining the changes. While several officers were assigned new roles, a few were retained in their current positions. The Chief Secretary to the Government, K. Vijayanand, issued the orders.
