HDFC Bank, a leading private sector banking institution, has issued a notification to its customers regarding a temporary service disruption due to scheduled system maintenance. The maintenance is set to take place from 10:00 PM on January 24, 2025, to 2:00 PM on January 25, 2025, spanning 16 hours.
During this period, several banking services, including ChatBanking on WhatsApp, SMS Banking, and PhoneBanking IVR, will be unavailable. However, PhoneBanking agent services will continue to operate as usual.
Additionally, the bank has indicated that services related to current accounts, savings accounts, RuPay credit cards, mobile banking, and UPI transactions may also be impacted during this time.
HDFC Bank has requested customers to plan their urgent banking transactions accordingly and complete any necessary activities before the scheduled maintenance window. The bank also confirmed that customers have already been informed about this service interruption to minimize inconvenience.
