CM Chandrababu Announces New Schemes for the Next Fiscal Year

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has announced that several welfare schemes will be launched at the start of the upcoming financial year. Speaking after chairing the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet meeting today, he outlined various developmental initiatives and reviewed key political matters.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to prepare for the implementation of schemes such as Talliki Vandanam (Respect for Mother), Annadata Sukhibhava (Farmer Welfare), and Matsyakara Bharosa (Fishermen's Assurance). He emphasized that the release of funds for the Annadata Sukhibhava scheme should be synchronized with the central government’s disbursement of PM-Kisan funds.

The Chief Minister also instructed officials to draft proposals for allocating housing plots to the underprivileged. According to the plan, three cents of land will be provided to beneficiaries in rural areas, while two cents will be allocated in urban areas.

Regarding the Polavaram project, Chandrababu Naidu stressed the need for the diaphragm wall construction to commence immediately and be completed within the stipulated timeline. Additionally, he stated that work on the Amaravati capital development project would resume without further delay.
