Telangana is Under Lawful Governance: Revanth Reddy in Delhi
Revanth Reddy, Telangana Chief Minister, stated that Telangana is currently under lawful governance. He made these remarks on Wednesday in Delhi while attending the inauguration of the All India Congress Committee’s (AICC) new office, ‘Indira Bhavan.’
Speaking to the media during the event, Revanth Reddy criticized the BRS party, alleging that it has transformed into a clone of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He claimed that both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and BRS share identical political strategies in Telangana.
Revanth Reddy further accused the BRS of attempting to follow in the footsteps of the RSS. “The same allegations that the BJP hurls at the Congress at the national level are being repeated by the BRS against us in Telangana,” he alleged. He asserted that the Congress Party has nothing to learn from BRS.
Highlighting the political history of various parties, Revanth Reddy remarked that while BJP and many regional parties, despite being relatively young, have managed to establish their own headquarters in Delhi, it took over 140 years for the Congress Party, with its long-standing history, to build its own dedicated office. He attributed this delay to the Congress Party’s focus on selfless service to the people, unlike the financial strategies adopted by BJP and other regional parties. He urged people to take note of the stark financial differences between the Congress Party and its political counterparts.
