Charlapalli-Visakhapatnam Sankranti Special Trains to Begin Operations from Today

Amid the anticipated surge in passenger traffic for Sankranti, the South Central Railway has announced special train services starting today. A total of 26 additional special trains will operate between Charlapalli and Visakhapatnam from January 10 to January 17. Among these, 16 are unreserved trains, aiming to accommodate the high demand during the festive season.

In addition to these services, several other trains will run between key routes, including Secunderabad-Arsikere (Karnataka) and Bengaluru-Kalaburagi stations. These additional services are expected to provide relief to passengers traveling during the peak holiday period.
