Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Visit Visakhapatnam on January 8
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Andhra Pradesh on January 8, according to information conveyed by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) to state officials. Modi is expected to land in Visakhapatnam and proceed directly to Andhra University. Officials confirmed that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan will welcome him upon his arrival. The leaders are also set to accompany the Prime Minister from the airport to the university.
During the visit, Modi will inaugurate several key projects virtually. These include the NTPC-led Green Hydrogen Project, administrative buildings for the newly sanctioned railway zone, and other developmental initiatives. Following the inaugurations, Modi, along with Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan, will address a public meeting.
The event is expected to see the participation of several Union and state ministers. Officials in Visakhapatnam have been directed by the PMO to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for the visit.
