R Krishnaiah Makes Key Recommendations to Chief Ministers of Telugu States

R Krishnaiah, the National President of the BC Welfare Association and a Rajya Sabha Member, has issued key recommendations to the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. During an extensive meeting organized by the Andhra Pradesh BC Welfare Association at Desodharaka Bhavan in Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, on Friday, Krishnaiah emphasized the urgent need to address the demands of the Backward Classes (BCs).

Speaking on the occasion, Krishnaiah urged Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to take proactive steps in Parliament to introduce and pass the BC Bill. Highlighting the long-standing issues faced by the community, he called for a dedicated Ministry for BC Affairs at the central level to implement educational, employment, and economic development programs.

Krishnaiah also appealed to Chandrababu Naidu, given his influential role in the NDA government, to collaborate towards resolving the longstanding challenges of the BCs.

As part of the ongoing efforts to address BC demands, Nookanamma, the in-charge of the Andhra Pradesh BC Welfare Association, announced plans to hold a BC Maha Sabha in Amaravati in the last week of January under Krishnaiah’s leadership. This event aims to bring together leaders and stakeholders to deliberate on key issues affecting the BC community.

The meeting saw participation from several prominent leaders, including Andhra Pradesh BC Welfare Association President Nageswara Rao Yadav, State Executive President Venkata Koteswara Rao, and National BC Welfare Association Convenor Gujja Krishna.
