Nampally Court Grants Bail to BRS Leader Errolla Srinivas

The Nampally Court has granted bail to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader Errolla Srinivas. The court approved the bail on the condition of furnishing a bond of ₹5,000 and two sureties. Additionally, Srinivas has been directed to cooperate fully with the police investigation. The court hearings focused on the remand application against Srinivas before granting the conditional bail.

Following his release, Errolla Srinivas addressed the media, expressing his belief in justice prevailing against what he termed as "false cases" filed against him by the government. He assured that he would strictly adhere to the court's conditions. Srinivas extended gratitude to party leaders K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), Harish Rao, and other party members for their unwavering support during the ordeal.

Srinivas also thanked the BRS legal team for their relentless efforts in monitoring the case proceedings and ensuring the bail approval. He acknowledged their dedication and assistance in the matter.
