I Am Only an Accused, Will Emerge Innocent: Jani Master

Hyderabad: Renowned choreographer Jani Master responded to the allegations of sexual assault filed against him by a female choreographer. The Narsingi police recently filed a chargesheet in the case, confirming the allegations. Addressing the situation, Jani Master expressed confidence in the judicial system and stated that he would prove his innocence.

In a video released on his social media platform, Jani Master stated, “Only my conscience and God know what truly happened in this case. The judiciary will decide. I will come out with a clean chit, and I will speak after that. Until then, I remain just an accused. I hope my fans’ love and support continue to be with me.”

The case stems from a complaint lodged on September 15, where the female choreographer accused Jani Master of sexual harassment. Following the complaint, Narsingi police registered a case and subsequently arrested him. Jani Master was later granted bail by the court and was released from Chanchalguda Jail on October 25.

The allegations also led to Jani Master losing his National Award, a significant repercussion of the ongoing legal battle.
