UPSC Releases Civil Services Mains Exam Results

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the results of the Civil Services Mains Examination on Monday, conducted for recruitment into All India Services. Candidates who appeared for the Mains exam can check their results on the official website. A list of qualified candidates with their hall ticket numbers has been published, indicating those eligible for the next stage of the selection process— the interview.

Earlier this year, UPSC issued a notification for filling 1,056 posts across various services. The Preliminary Examination was held on June 16, and results were declared on July 1. Subsequently, candidates who qualified in the prelims took the Mains Examination between September 20 and 29. Following the evaluation process, the list of candidates shortlisted for interviews has now been released.

Successful candidates from the upcoming interview stage will be considered for appointment to prestigious services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and other Group A and Group B Central Services.
