"Seize the Ship": Pawan Kalyan's Comments Go Viral

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan recently conducted a surprise inspection at Kakinada Port, where he uncovered the illegal transportation of ration rice. He examined a ship named Stella, which was en route from Kakinada to Africa.

During his inspection, he identified that the ship contained Public Distribution System (PDS) rice and issued an immediate order to "Seize the Ship." Addressing the ship's crew, he questioned, "Is the port meant for smuggling? Does your boss know how dangerous a game he is playing? This is a matter of national security."

In contrast to previous ministers, Pawan stood out by giving clear and direct orders on the spot. His phrase, "Seize the Ship," has since gone viral on social media. Videos of the incident are being widely liked and shared by Jana Sena supporters and Pawan Kalyan fans.

Following Pawan’s intervention,  the district administration, acting on his directives, set up a multi-disciplinary committee comprising officials from the revenue, police, civil supplies, port, and customs departments under the guidance of the District Collector.
