Nara Lokesh, the Minister of Education and IT, has requested that any problems or requests for assistance be sent to his personal email ID hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in. This request comes after WhatsApp blocked his account due to an influx of messages from across the state seeking resolution of various issues. Minister Lokesh, who tirelessly works to solve public problems, made this announcement following repeated WhatsApp blockages. He has urged the public to send their grievances to his personal email ID to avoid any inconvenience.
Before the elections, Lokesh had promised that his door would always be open to the people seeking help. After winning by a large majority and taking on ministerial responsibilities, he has been conducting daily public forums at his residence in Undavalli to address the public's issues. Recently, he resolved the issues of 25 differently-abled students by responding to a message on WhatsApp. However, the overwhelming number of messages led to technical problems, resulting in his WhatsApp being blocked.
To ensure there are no issues for those sending information, Lokesh has requested the public to use his personal email ID hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in for all grievances and requests. He created this email ID under the "Hello Lokesh" program, a campaign that brought him closer to the youth during his walkathons. Lokesh has assured that he will personally address all issues sent to this email. He also advised including full details such as name, location, mobile number, email ID, and the specifics of the problem or request in the communications.
