Eenaadu Group Chairman Ramoji Rao passed away while receiving treatment at Star Hospital in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, early Saturday morning. His mortal remains were transferred to Ramoji Film City, where his final rites will be performed on Sunday. Arrangements are being made for the funeral with state honors at the Film City.
TDP leader and Undi MLA Raghurama Krishnam Raju expressed his condolences on Ramoji Rao's death. He released a video on the platform 'X' (Twitter) recalling his relationship with Ramoji. In the video, Raju mentioned that Ramoji had decided years ago where his final resting place would be. This video has since gone viral online.
Raju stated in the video, "I was deeply shaken by the news of Ramoji Rao's death when I woke up in the morning. A few months ago, I had a two-hour conversation with him, which is unforgettable in my life. Ramoji had decided several years ago where his final resting place would be. He chose a spot in Ramoji Film City, which has been developed into a garden."
