Police to Question Director Krish on Friday in Radisson Hotel Drug Party Case
In the case of the drug party at the Radisson Hotel in Hyderabad, police are set to question film director Krish. Investigations have revealed Krish's attendance at the drug party, leading the police to summon him for questioning on Friday, according to sources.
The case has brought to light the involvement of several celebrities and political figures. Police have already arrested multiple individuals and gathered details from their phone data and transactions.
On Tuesday, Gachibowli police arrested Syed Abbas Ali Jaffery for supplying drugs to the main accused, Gajjala Vivekananda. Vivekananda's driver, Praveen, was taken into custody on Wednesday. Investigations have shown that Abbas transported cocaine through various means and handed it over to Praveen, who then delivered it to Vivekananda. The police have also identified cash transactions between Praveen and Abbas. The whereabouts of other suspects, including Raghu Charan, Sandeep, Neil, Shweta, and YouTuber Lishi, remain unknown.
Investigations have revealed that Vivekananda frequented the hotel on weekends and held parties with his friends. However, the police face challenges in the investigation, as only 20 out of the 200 cameras in the Radisson Hotel are functional. Preliminary findings indicate that Vivekananda's parties were attended by his friends, along with celebrities and business figures. The malfunctioning of CCTV cameras, especially near the rooms suspected to have hosted the parties, has posed a significant challenge to the investigation.
