CM Revanth Reddy Resigns from Lok Sabha, Pledges Lifelong Commitment to Malkajgiri
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy announced his resignation from the Lok Sabha membership. In a tweet, he expressed his lifelong commitment to both Kodangal and Malkajgiri, stating, 'Until my last breath, Kodangal and Malkajgiri are my life.' This statement followed his resignation from the Lok Sabha. 'I have resigned from the Lok Sabha membership today. This resignation pertains only to my MP position... The place of the people of Malkajgiri in my heart is permanent. My bond with the people here, who sent me to Parliament as their questioning voice, is everlasting,' he declared.
He emphasized the special significance of Kodangal in his political journey and acknowledged that Malkajgiri holds equal importance. He credited the people of Malkajgiri for introducing him to the nation.
Revanth Reddy conveyed that for the past five years, he had strived to be the questioning voice the people expected, representing their interests. He acknowledged that there might have been times when he couldn't devote as much time as desired due to extensive responsibilities, and appreciated the understanding and sympathy of the people of Malkajgiri during such times. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Malkajgiri and vowed to remain indebted to them. 'The breath you gave me will continue to fuel my efforts for a bright future for Telangana until my last breath,' he stated.
