Baptla, Prakasam dist Collectors had a field day with their kids and farm workers

Baptla (Andhra Pradesh):  One is Bapata District Collector and the other is Prakasam District Collector. Both of them are husband and wife. The husband's name is Dinesh Kumar while the wife's name is Vijayakrishnan.

They have two children. Both the Collectors are performing duties in adjacent districts. Both of them are very busy with their work, but they live in harmony at home. They have fun with their family during the weekends.

It is learned that their children asked their parents what farming was all about. Without answering, the Collector couple took them directly to the agricultural fields with tiffin boxes. It is being the Kharif season, so they went to the field and started transplanting paddy, along with farm workers. Moreover, they consumed the food they had brought with them and also distributed it among the workers. Now the video has gone viral on social media.

Meanwhile, Bapatla District Collector Dr Vijayakrishnan, Prakasam District Dinesh Kumar, along with their two children, transplanted paddy in the field in Munukondapadu of Bapatla district. The farmers were surprised to see the Collectors of the two districts transplanting paddy with them.

Collector Dinesh Kumar not only wore a lungi and transplanted paddy but also had lunch with the farmers on the farm. They interacted with farm workers for a while. Collectors said that they did this to teach their children about agriculture as it was a holiday.
