First rank to AP in EoDB, a slap in the face of TDP: Roja

Tirupati, July 1: Tourism Minister R.K. Roja visited Tirumala on Friday and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara. Speaking to the media, she said that Andhra Pradesh secured first rank in Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) for the year 2020 under the leadership of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. “Second time in a row, the AP achieved top spot in EoDB during the YSRCP rule,” she said and stated that achievement is a slap in the face of the TDP. 
 
The minister faulted the TDP leaders including party national president N. Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh for criticising the Jagan government as corporate companies are not opening their units in Andhra Pradesh.
 
Roja mentioned that a section of media praised Chandrababu when he was CM for getting first rank in EoDB in his five-year rule. “While the AP got top spot twice in three years under CM Jagan’s rule,” she praised.
