Superstar Mahesh Babu's wife Namrata Shirodkar on her second innings

Hyderabad: There is no need for an introduction of Namrata Shirodkar, the wife of Superstar Mahesh Babu. She made her Tollywood entry as a heroine with the movie ‘Vamshi’ and at the same time, she fell in love with Mahesh Babu. Chiranjeevi’s ‘Anji’ is the last film she acted and after marrying Mahesh Babu she bid adieu to movies.

Since then she has been busy with family responsibilities and business affairs. And if Mahesh is busy with film shootings, she is taking care of the children, along with the affairs of the husband, and the work of the GMB productions.

However, she continues to act in commercials with her husband Mahesh, but does not appear in movies and occasionally gives photo shoots for magazines. With this, everyone is of the opinion that she may act again. But, she once again gave clarity on her re-entry.

Namrata was the chief guest at the recent opening of his friends' styling store. She shared many interesting things on the occasion. She says that Mahesh does not like shopping and that she will shop for him also.

Responding to her second innings in movies she said, “People want me to act in movies. But, I'm always disappointing them. Right now, I am busy looking after my family responsibilities. It gives me so much pleasure. That’s why I don’t focus on movies. In fact, I was not even interested in acting again. That’s why I don’t even think about acting. In the future also I may not act.”
