Former Minister DL Ravindra Reddy backs KTR, says no development in AP

Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh): Leaders of the respective parties are still reacting to remarks made by Minister for IT and Municipal administration KTR that the infrastructure in the neighbouring state Andhra Pradesh is worst.

Former minister from Kadapa district DL Ravindra Reddy on Saturday responded to comments made by KTR. On the occasion, DL said that the comments made by KTR are true as there is no development in Andhra Pradesh and people are deprived of good infrastructures like roads, basic amenities while adding insult to injury the state was reeling under an acute power shortage which is leading unscheduled power cuts.

The DL alleged that Andhra Pradesh was destroyed after YSRCP came to power as there is zero development in the State. The former minister said that his daughters reside in Hyderabad and in the city there are no power cuts. There is no truth in the words of Minster Botsa Satyanarayana, who said that there is no power in Hyderabad, and he had to switch on the generator.

Although there are power cuts across the country, he expressed his displeasure that the unannounced power cuts are going on in Andhra Pradesh. DL said the state would soon have to declare a financial emergency.
