Ukraine President vows to fight back against Russia

Hyderabad: Members of the European Union (EU) convened an urgent meeting of the European Parliament on Tuesday in the wake of the Russian war on Ukraine. The meeting was attended by EU allies as well as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who has been fighting the Russian war with impunity. The EU countries gave a standing ovation to Zelenskyy's speech in Parliament on the occasion.

Zelenskyy went to the EU Parliament with the demand that the EU member states take steps to support Ukraine. Zelensky made it clear on the occasion that they won't surrender to Russia. He also vowed to show Russia what they can do. He exuded confidence they will definitely win the battle.

He said his countrymen were fighting bravely with the Russian army. He said he was ready to go as far as he could in this fight. Zelenskyy said 16 children had been killed in Russia's bombings and said that they wanted their children to live in safety. He also questioned Putin's goal. He said he hoped the EU member states would stand by his country in this war against Russia.

Representatives of EU member states listened intently to Zelenskyy's speech. At the end of the speech, they stood up and cheered him. The EU Parliament chairperson announced that all EU countries would stand by Ukraine.
