Actress Jetwani Appeals to CM Chandrababu for Justice
Mumbai-based actress Jetwani has urged the Andhra Pradesh government to free her from what she claims are false cases filed against her during the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) administration. She appealed to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Home Minister V. Anitha to intervene and ensure justice. Additionally, she requested the return of 10 mobile phones that were allegedly seized by the police at the time.
Speaking at a press conference in Vijayawada alongside representatives of women's organizations, including Sunkara Padma Sri, Durga Bhavani, and Ramadevi, Jetwani stated that her family has faced significant difficulties due to these false allegations. She further alleged that despite the case being handed over to the CID, there has been no progress in the investigation. She also claimed that no forensic report has been received so far and that no action has been taken against those who harassed her.
Jetwani accused Kukkaala Vidhya Sagar of being responsible for the false cases against her and alleged that he is currently out on bail. She further claimed that industrialist Sajjan Jindal is supporting him from behind the scenes. She stated that they are using a Delhi court order to continue harassing her.
