The 18th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to begin in just five days, with the tournament officially kicking off on March 22, 2025. The opening match will see defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders face off against Royal Challengers Bangalore at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

Ahead of this highly anticipated clash, the IPL opening ceremony promises to be a grand spectacle. Bollywood stars Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan are set to deliver high-energy dance performances, while renowned singers Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal will captivate the audience with their musical renditions.

The IPL 2025 tournament will span two months, culminating in the final match on May 25.
