Chandrababu’s Name Might Change to ‘Surya’ Babu: AP Deputy Speaker
During a short discussion on the power sector in the Legislative Assembly, an interesting exchange took place between Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnam Raju and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. As part of power sector reforms, Chandrababu Naidu gave a detailed presentation on solar energy to the assembly members.
Following his speech, Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnam Raju made a lighthearted remark, stating that if the state successfully achieves its solar rooftop targets, Chandrababu Naidu’s name might as well be changed to ‘Surya’ Babu Naidu.
Responding to this comment, Chandrababu Naidu humorously said, “You seem to want to give me a current shock,” prompting laughter in the assembly.
Additionally, Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnam Raju urged all members to attend the assembly session on the 18th of this month. He mentioned that since Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu would be present, taking a group photo on that day would serve as a memorable moment.
