Police Arrest Two Over Inappropriate Videos on CM Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad police have arrested two individuals in connection with videos containing inappropriate remarks about Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Cyber Crime Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP) Vishwaprasad provided details of the case to the media.
According to the police, a video containing offensive comments about the Chief Minister went viral on the social media platform X through a handle named "Nippu Kodi." Congress Party's Telangana Social Media Secretary Kailash filed a complaint regarding the incident.
The police investigation revealed that a reporter from Pulse TV had interviewed an unidentified individual who made inappropriate remarks about Revanth Reddy during the interview. Authorities found that Pulse TV had deliberately orchestrated the interview to elicit such comments. The video was later amplified by the "Nippu Kodi" X handle.
Following the investigation, police arrested Pulse TV’s CEO, journalist Revathi, and channel representative Sandhya alias Tanvi Yadav. Searches at the TV channel’s office led to the seizure of two laptops, two hard disks, a logo, a router, and seven CPUs.
ACP Vishwaprasad also mentioned that Revathi has prior cases registered against her at Banjara Hills and LB Nagar police stations.
