Venkatesh’s Fun Advice: Don’t Share Flashbacks with Spouses!
Victory Venkatesh, starring in the upcoming film Sankranthiki Vastunnaam, directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, promises an out-and-out entertainer for the festive season. The film is slated for a grand theatrical release on January 14, as a Sankranti special offering. The trailer launch event was held in Nizamabad amidst much fanfare.
Speaking at the event, Venkatesh delighted the audience with his trademark humor. He joked, “Looking at the crowd, I feel like joining you all, eating mutton, and drinking toddy to celebrate together. Since I can’t actually do that, please imagine that I did and enjoy accordingly!”
Expressing his joy at the trailer launch in Nizamabad, Venkatesh said, “It’s a great pleasure to launch our movie trailer here. Your love has always been a source of immense happiness for me. Since the beginning of my career, you’ve supported me by making my films superhits. I sincerely thank you all for that. I watched the AV (audiovisual) shown earlier—there were so many hits, even I couldn’t remember them all. Thank you so much for the overwhelming love.”
Recalling his hit films, Venkatesh mentioned several notable titles, including Bobbili Raja, Pellikani Prasad, Venky Mama, Ganesh, Chanti, Aadavari Matalaku Arthale Verule, F2, Drushyam, and Narappa. He emphasized how each of these films and roles holds a special place in his career.
Encouraging audiences to watch the new film with their families, he remarked, “Bring your entire family to the theatres for Sankranthiki Vastunnaam. You will thoroughly enjoy the movie. It’s a complete entertainer with extraordinary songs, superb action, and fantastic dialogues. Overall, it’s a wholesome family entertainer. This is my fourth film with Dil Raju’s banner, and all of them have been superhits. I look forward to doing more films with them in the future.”
Talking about the film’s cast, Venkatesh said, “Aishwarya plays my wife, while Meenakshi portrays my love interest. Just remember—wives may get Alzheimer’s, but flashbacks never fade. Be careful not to reveal your flashbacks to your spouses, or else you might get into trouble!” He wrapped up his speech with this humorous remark, earning hearty laughter from the crowd.
