ACB Issues Fresh Notice to KTR Once Again

In connection with the Formula E car racing case, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has issued another notice to BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). The latest notice, delivered at KTR's residence in the Orion Villas, Gachibowli, directs him to appear for questioning on the 9th of this month at the ACB headquarters.

Earlier today, K.T. Rama Rao arrived at the ACB office, intending to cooperate with the investigation, accompanied by his legal counsel. However, ACB officials denied his lawyer entry, citing protocol and stating that only the individual summoned would be interrogated. Following this, KTR chose to leave without participating in the inquiry.

Subsequently, ACB issued a fresh notice, reiterating its directive for KTR to appear before the agency for questioning without legal accompaniment.
