Allu Aravind Announces ₹2 Crore Aid for Sritej’s Family

In light of the tragic stampede incident at Sandhya Theatre, where Revathi, a woman, lost her life, and her son Sritej sustained serious injuries, the makers of "Pushpa 2" have stepped forward with significant financial aid for the affected family. Sritej, who is undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital, has been receiving visits from prominent members of the film fraternity.

Producer Allu Aravind, along with Dil Raju and director Sukumar, visited KIMS Hospital to meet Sritej and his father. Speaking to the media later, Allu Aravind announced a compensation of ₹2 crore for Sritej’s family. He elaborated that ₹1 crore was contributed by Allu Arjun, while the remaining ₹1 crore was collectively provided by the producers of "Pushpa 2" and Sukumar, with each contributing ₹50 lakh.

Allu Aravind also shared that Sritej’s health is improving and that he has been taken off ventilator support. The cheques amounting to ₹2 crore were handed over to Dil Raju, who facilitated the support.
