Engineering Student Commits Suicide at Srikakulam IIIT

A tragic incident occurred at IIIT Srikakulam, where engineering student Praveen Naik ended his life by jumping from the third floor of the hostel building on Wednesday at midnight.

Upon noticing the incident, hostel staff and fellow students rushed him to the Srikakulam Government Hospital. Despite receiving medical treatment, Praveen succumbed to his injuries.

The deceased has been identified as a resident of Prakasam district. Further details regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be ascertained.
