CM Revanth Reddy Urges Tollywood to Tackle Cyber Crimes and Drugs: Mohan Babu Responds

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has urged the Telugu film industry to help raise public awareness about cyber crimes and drug abuse. In response, renowned actor Mohan Babu expressed his willingness to support the government once again by creating awareness videos, as he has done in the past.

Mohan Babu stated, "Chief Minister Revanth Reddy spoke about the issue of youth falling prey to drugs and asked film actors to create videos of 1 or 2 minutes in length and send them to the government. I have previously made such videos, and as per the CM’s instructions, I will create and provide more message-oriented videos to serve society." He tagged CM Revanth Reddy and the CMO accounts in his post.

It is known that CM Revanth Reddy inaugurated TG NAB, Cyber Security Bureau vehicles at the Command Control Center in Hyderabad on Tuesday. During the event, the CM addressed the audience, highlighting that the government feels the film industry has not been taking enough responsibility in addressing social issues like cyber crimes and drug control. He suggested that whenever anyone applies to increase ticket prices for a new movie release, they should also create a video advocating against cyber crimes and drugs. Additionally, he thanked prominent actor Chiranjeevi for stepping forward and making an awareness video on the occasion of Anti-Drug Day.
