Minister Lokesh Announces Second Chance for TET Aspirants, Mega DSC Notification Soon

The results for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)-2024, conducted last February, were released today. In TET-2024, 58.4% of candidates passed, with 137,904 candidates qualifying. For those who did not qualify, the coalition government will conduct another TET. Additionally, new opportunities will be provided in the new TET for those who have recently completed B.Ed and D.Ed.

Following the release of the TET results, Minister Nara Lokesh responded by congratulating those who qualified. He urged everyone to prepare for the upcoming Mega DSC. He revealed that 235,000 people had been eagerly awaiting the TET results, as TET qualification carries a 20% weightage in DSC. Minister Lokesh announced that another TET will be conducted for those who did not qualify this time. After the TET results, a notification for the Mega DSC will be issued.
