Election Commission Imposes 48-Hour Campaign Ban on Former CM KCR
The Election Commission has issued a shocking decision against the former Chief Minister and chief of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), KCR, by imposing a 48-hour ban on his election campaigning. The action comes after KCR's recent inappropriate comments during the campaign activities. The Election Commission took serious note of these remarks, which led to this decision.
The issue arose when KCR allegedly made disparaging comments about leaders from the Congress party during his campaign. Following complaints from those leaders, the Election Commission responded by enforcing this ban. As a result, from Wednesday night at 8 PM, KCR will be prohibited from campaigning for a period of 48 hours, ending on Friday night at 8 PM.
