Shock to Janasena: Pithani Balakrishna to Join YSRCP in the Presence of CM Jagan Tomorrow
As the election season approaches, Janasena Party faced another setback. Pithani Balakrishna, the coordinator for the Mummidivaram Assembly constituency in Konaseema district, has resigned from the party. He will be joining the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) tomorrow in the presence of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Pithani was previously a member of YSRCP and served as the coordinator for Mummidivaram from 2014 to 2019. However, after being denied a ticket by YSRCP in the 2019 elections, he resigned from YSRCP and joined Janasena. Despite contesting the elections on behalf of Janasena, Pithani was defeated. Now, following the denial of a ticket by Janasena, he has decided to rejoin YSRCP. He has already expressed his dissatisfaction with Janasena, criticizing Pawan Kalyan for not even granting him an appointment. As part of an alliance, the Mummidivaram seat went to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), leading him to set his hopes on the Ramachandrapuram seat. After failing to secure a ticket there as well, he has resigned from the party today.
